Step Up Church’s Online Life Group is a welcoming community where people can connect, grow in faith, and walk through life together—no matter where they are. Through meaningful conversations, prayer, Bible study, encouragement, and fellowship online, we seek to build genuine relationships and help one another know Jesus, grow together, and live out our faith.

Provides overall spiritual and pastoral leadership for Step Up Church, guiding the church in its mission to know Jesus, make disciples, serve the community, and grow together in faith.

A safe, joyful place where children learn the big story of the Bible at their own level. All our volunteers are background-checked and trained in safeguarding. Kids are dismissed from the main service before the teaching and collected by a parent or guardian afterwards.

Games, food, honest conversation and Bible teaching for teenagers. A place where hard questions are welcome and nobody has to pretend to have it together.

It is hard to know people well on a Sunday morning. Small groups meet midweek in homes across the city to eat together, talk through the Alpha teachings and pray for one another.

Pastor
Serving the church for nearly a decade, Walter is a dedicated to leading people closer to Jesus through faith, prayer, discipleship, and service. His heart is to build a Christ-centered church where people can connect, belong, grow, and step into God’s purpose.
Youth & Young Adults
Serving in Prayer Intercessory, Online Life Group, Step Up Worship, and Youth Ministry. With a heart for Jesus and people, she loves praying, worshipping, connecting, and helping the next generation take their next step in faith.
Worship Lead
Leads the worship and creative teams, and cares more about the congregation singing than the band sounding impressive.
Musical Director
The man behind the music at Step Up Church—making sure the band is in the right key, on the right beat, and, by the grace of God, on time! As Musical Director, Marc leads the worship team with skill, passion, and just the right amount of musical perfectionism.
Administrative Lead
The behind-the-scenes hero who keeps Step Up Church organized, on schedule, and—by the grace of God—running smoothly!
Intercessory Prayer
Faithfully serving through prayer, spiritual encouragement, and a heart for the church family. She is passionate about standing in the gap through intercessory prayer, seeking God’s direction, and helping cultivate a church culture where prayer is foundational and every step is taken in faith.
Care & Support
Has a big heart for people and a gift for making everyone feel loved and cared for. Always ready with a listening ear, helping hand, and prayer—with a little laughter on the side!
Finance
He keeps the church grounded in faith, wisdom, and good stewardship, proving that even spreadsheets can be part of ministry!
Life Group
Virgie loves Jesus, people, and making sure everyone feels right at home. She brings faith, wisdom, and plenty of encouragement—because apparently, “just one more prayer” is never actually just one more prayer!
Children’s Ministry
Looks after online Life Group as well as our youngest members and the volunteers who serve them.
Community Outreach
Helping people explore faith, ask honest questions, and discover Jesus in a welcoming community. He believes every good conversation can be the start of someone’s next step toward Christ.
Community Outreach
Has a heart & passion for people. If there’s a community to reach, just point Lina that way—she’s probably already on her way!

Faithfully helps maintain and prepare the church’s spaces. He serves with dedication, excellence, and a heart for others. His desire is to honor God through practical service.
