Lady Dianne Montemar is a founding member of Step Up Church and the brain of Events Team in the field of decoration & arrangements. Serves as the church’s Worship Leader, faithfully helping lead the congregation into meaningful expressions of worship and creating an atmosphere where people can encounter the presence of God.

With a heart for Jesus Christ and a deep passion for worship, Lady Dianne serves faithfully in the ministry of Step Up Church, using her gifts to encourage the church family to worship God with sincerity, faith, joy, reverence, and wholehearted devotion.

As a founding member, she has been part of the church’s journey from its beginning and continues to contribute to its spiritual life, worship ministry, and vision. Her service reflects a commitment not only to leading worship, but also to helping build a church community where people can connect, belong, grow, and take their next step in following Jesus.

A Heart for Worship

At the center of Lady Dianne’s ministry is a desire to see people draw closer to God through worship.

She believes worship creates an opportunity for the Church to pause from the distractions of everyday life, turn its attention toward God, and respond to His goodness, faithfulness, holiness, and love.

Whether through congregational singing, prayer, leading worship, or encouraging the church family, her desire is to help create an environment where people can freely lift their hearts to God.

For Lady Dianne, worship is not about performance. It is about presence, surrender, and pointing people to Jesus.

Leading the Church in Worship

As Worship Leader, Lady Dianne provides spiritual and musical leadership for the worship ministry of Step Up Church.

Her desire is to see the congregation participate actively in worship rather than simply watch a worship team perform. She encourages the church to approach worship with:

Her goal is to help create worship experiences that are Christ-centered and congregation-focused, allowing people from every generation and background to participate in honoring God.

Lady Dianne believes that true worship extends far beyond the Sunday gathering.

Worship is expressed through the way believers live, serve, love, forgive, give, pray, obey God's Word, and follow Jesus.

Her ministry therefore seeks to encourage believers to carry the heart of worship into their everyday lives. She desires for people to understand that worship is not limited to a song or a church service—it is a lifestyle of surrender to God.

As a founding member of Step Up Church, Lady Dianne has a special place in the story and foundation of the church.

Her service represents a commitment to the church's mission and to the people God has entrusted to its care. Alongside her role in worship, she continues to support the growth of a church culture centered on Christ, prayer, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, service, and spiritual growth.

This begins with encouraging worship team members to understand that their ministry flows from their personal relationship with God. Before leading others into worship, they are called to be worshippers themselves.

Lady Dianne recognizes the importance of developing worshippers and worship leaders among the next generation.

She desires to encourage young people and emerging leaders to discover and develop the gifts God has placed within them. Through mentoring, serving, and providing opportunities to participate, the worship ministry can become a place where future worship leaders, musicians, singers, and ministry leaders are equipped to serve God.

Her hope is to see worship continue to multiply from one generation to another.

Worship That Points to Jesus

The heart of Lady Dianne's ministry is ultimately about one person:

Jesus Christ.

The goal is not to draw attention to the worship leader, the musicians, or the music itself.

The goal is to point people toward Jesus.

She believes that when the Church gathers, Christ should remain the center of its worship, message, fellowship, and mission.

Her prayer is that every worship gathering at Step Up Church would help people lift their eyes toward God, renew their faith, experience His presence, and leave with a greater desire to follow Jesus.

The Step Up Call

The heart of Step Up Church is a call to continually move closer to God and respond to His purposes.

Lady Dianne sees worship as an important part of that journey.

As Worship Leader and a founding member of Step Up Church, Lady Dianne continues to serve with a heart to see the people of the church grow deeper in their relationship with God.

She recognizes that every song can become a declaration of faith, every prayer can become an expression of surrender, and every gathering can become an opportunity to glorify Jesus.

Her ministry is therefore not simply about leading songs.
