Jojuana Mazaredo is a founding member and faithful servant of Step Up Church, having been part of the church’s journey from its humble beginnings to the growing ministry it is today. From the early days of gathering together in a simple basement fellowship, Jojuana has witnessed—and faithfully contributed to—the growth, challenges, victories, and answered prayers that have shaped the Step Up Church family.
Today, Jojuana serves as the church’s Administrative & Events Lead, providing valuable support in the day-to-day operations of the church. She helps keep administrative & annual events matters organized, coordinates important details, assists with communications and church activities, and works alongside ministry leaders to ensure that the many moving pieces of church life come together smoothly.
Her ministry is often carried out behind the scenes, but her contribution is an important part of what makes ministry possible. Jojuana brings dedication, dependability, organization, and a servant’s heart to her role. She understands that even the smallest administrative task can become part of something much bigger when it is done for the glory of God.
As one of the founding members, Jojuana holds a special place in the story of Step Up Church. She has seen the church grow from a small gathering of believers into a community of faith with expanding ministries and a growing passion for reaching people with the Gospel. Her continued presence and faithful service reflect her commitment to the vision and calling of the church.
Jojuana is also known for her willingness to help wherever she is needed. Whether handling important documents, organizing schedules, supporting church events, answering questions, or keeping track of the countless details that come with ministry, she serves with patience, diligence, and a good sense of humor. And if something needs to be organized, there is a good chance Jojuana already knows where it is—or has a system for finding it!😄
Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Jojuana is part of the spiritual family that helped lay the foundation of Step Up Church. Her journey is a reminder that churches are built not only through preaching and worship, but also through the faithful prayers, sacrifices, service, and commitment of ordinary people who say yes to God.
Jojuana continues to serve with humility and dedication, using her gifts to support the church and its ministries. Her story is woven into the story of Step Up Church, and her faithful service continues to help the church move forward in its mission of bringing Jesus Christ into hearts, communities, and the world.
